My name is Mark, and I am the owner of Prime Roofing. We have been in business since 2010 and have replaced thousands of roofs in Northeast and Central Florida. We provide predictable and professional roofing services to our customers and specialize in shingle roofing and metal roofing for residential homes. We also have a sheet metal shop and can fabricate all things roofing!

Is Prime Roofing licensed and insured?

Prime Roofing carries active Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Commercial Automobile policies far above the state-required minimums. In addition, we are a proud partner of the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association (FRSA) and do not lease our employees. We are licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR) and hold the active license #CCC1329505. Certificates are available upon request.

Does Prime Roofing use subcontractors?

We do not use subcontractors. All of our team members are employees of Prime Roofing. In addition, our employees must pass background checks and we do not hire day labor or temporary help.

Do you require a down payment?

We do not require a down payment. Upon completion and your satisfaction, we will send an invoice for the contracted work.

How long will it take to replace my roof?

The time it takes to replace a roof is directly related to the size of the roof. However, Prime Roofing completes most projects in just 1 day! Inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances can add additional time to a replacement project.

Do you pull the permit?

Yes. Prime Roofing will handle submitting all required paperwork and scheduling the necessary inspections associated with the roof work you need. The cost of this work is included in our pricing.
