I am very glad we chose Prime roofing. They gave us a quote about $15,000 less than the other quote we received. I also liked that they fabricate their own metal roofing. I was able to talk to the owner of the company, Mark, many times over the phone and he answered all of my questions. The installation went well. His team worked very hard in the summer heat (from before 8a until after 6p some days) and got it done in the time quoted. They were respectful of the property. They did a great job working well with other contractors that were working on the property at the same time. I liked everyone on their team that I met from the different stages of the process from quoting to install to cleanup. I strongly recommend their team. The roof looked so good, one person that came by after the roof install and exterior painting thought we had a new house even though it's 35 years old! 🙂

My roof was impacted by hurricane Irma. I found out about Mark from Prime Roofing from one of my friends as she put a call out for roofers on Facebook. I’m sooooo glad I contacted him!!! He was very patient with me as I had several questions for him and I had to repeat some of my questions for my clarification. He wanted to make sure I understood the process. He explained the various types of roofing he offered and with his help and the help of friends & family decided on the perfect roof for me and I simply LOVE it!!! This weekend I’m going to power wash my house and then paint it to compliment my roof. Mark’s assistant was also fantastic and the crew that worked on my roof was awesome! Before leaving they made sure to clean up the entire area completely. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.

Prime Roofing has been the easiest company to work with since moving to JAX. While getting some work done to the house we did extensive research on who to use for our new roof. Prime Roofing was one of 5 companies we looked into. They were by far the easiest ones to communicate with, ask a ton of questions and they never gave any push back. 2 years later we came across what we thought was a small issue. Mark (I believe the owner) called us back and sent out Adam within 48 hours. Adam worked quickly and explained everything as he did it. They stand by their workmanship, proud of it and they've proved that.

Dealing with Mark and Andrew at Prime Roofing has been great. I've had them do miscellaneous repairs over the years but when it came time to fully change out the roof, their price was very competitive and their crew, organization, cleanliness and communication was top-notch. Working in real estate and having a background in construction and estimating I felt comfortable with them since I connected with after they were recommended to me. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for new roof or even repairs.

From the moment that I contacted Prime Roofing and got an immediate response I knew something was different about this company. I contacted several other roofing companies and never heard back. They came out to give a quote on a roof replacement and provided the quote the very next day. The great customer service and responsiveness is what really sold me to have our roof redone with them. We decided to do a metal roof...which turned out amazing. Every single contact that I had with Mark and Andrew, along with the workers who put our roof on, was very courteous. This type of service is hard to come by these days... Don't second guess yourself... This is the company you want and need... This was the best decision we've made in a very long time. Very satisfied with Prime Roofing. I'm originally from Colorado, and we get a good bit of hail out here, so unfortunately it feels like every few years we need to get a roof replaced from hail damage, so we are no strangers to roofing contractors. Prime Roofing is probably the best company we have had the pleasure of working with. They kept us informed and updated every step of the way, from the bid all the way to the close of the contract. Our property is a older historical home, and we ran into a lot of unusual issues, and Prime was able to take care of all of it. Bottom line: For any of my future roofing needs, I would go back to Prime, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

We needed a new roof due to hail damage and spoke w/2 roofing contractors to get estimates. Mark of Prime Roofing Florida was the only one who would provide an estimate and a detailed list of what his company would replace. He never asked to see the insurance coverage and didn't ask for any $$$ up front. His estimate, along with a few options that I wanted, came in slightly below the insurance coverage. Easy decision. His work crew is professional & courteous and his Operations Manager, Andrew, stayed in frequent contact to ensure we knew what was happening and when. The job was completed in a timely manner and cleanup was very thorough. Highly recommended.

No one ever wants to have to get a new roof, but I can say from The beginning Prime roofing was top notch!!! From the beginning they walked me through the process and explained the products and their procedures. They gave me a start date and actually were able to move it up some so my roof could be done sooner. Throughout the whole process they kept me updated and informed. When they were done, the entire worksite was cleaned and spotless. They did an awesome job and I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof or repairs. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, they simply put forth the facts and the options. Thank you Andrew and Mark along with the crew for an excellent job!

My roof sprung a leak during last week's storm.Adam came out right on time and found the problem and inspected the full roof and found another small issue.Great service and value..highly recommend to all.
